I have a couple of events to share with you in the next week or so. First up, just a few images from a recent baby shower for my good friend. So excited for you! If you read this post on birthday party photography, then you know that I kind of like event and party planning….just one of the other creative outlets in my life!
Real soon, I will be sharing my daughter’s 2nd birthday party photos, so check back to see it as well.
Several friends of the mother-to-be hosted this event, and they did a fabulous job pulling it all together, thanks ladies! It was a woodland-themed baby shower. Anyway, here are a few of the images from the shower.
First up, the woodland-themed baby shower invitation, modified for privacy of course.

So I actually loved the hanging table decor/backdrop, however I didn’t get a great shot of it, the lighting was a little difficult, but just picture it like this, but better

If you know me, you know that I had no hand in the food preparation whatsoever, not my specialty! Thanks Amanda & Ann, you guys are amazing!

Sticking with the theme from the invitation, we made cupcake toppers, water bottle labels, canvases, and a set of onesies (just iron-on transfers = super fast, but adorable) with the coordinating forest characters and tree. Links provided below.

Here’s the ‘guest’ book. Everyone added their thumbprint leaf to the tree, and OOPS, I forgot to take an after picture, so just imagine it looking all filled out and fun, similar to the tree on the invitation. And yes, that first leaf has fallen to the ground, clearly the colors say it’s fall.

We encouraged guests to share some words of wisdom and tie their note to the willow branch tree.

I gifted this nursing cover, it goes together real fast. (Even with my beginnner sewing skills.) See the links below for the tutorial I used.

I didn’t plan well enough to order in real craspedias, sorry baby H!!, but after photographing these, I think I might, just so I can take some more pictures, of the real thing. You can
