I had a chance to take my own little girls out for Halloween costume pictures earlier this week. Neither of them really had a preference on what they wanted to be this year, they just wanted to wear something ‘pink’. So my four year old chose Super Girl, and while I love all these shots below, yes I know I am a little biased here, some of my favorites are of her trying to be serious. See, I know, that just below that fake serious look is a little giggle just waiting to burst out, but she was trying to play the part, and for that, I think she succeeded! And my little one, well Strawberry Shortcake was just perfect for her. For one, it gave her a chance to finally have a little bit of hair to brush out of her eyes.
She was definitely a crowd favorite when we made the trick-or-treating rounds, she couldn’t seem to do anything that wasn’t adorable. I get a free pass to post some vintage images here, I mean, Strawberry Shortcake is vintage. Anyway here are a few of my favorites, hope you had a great Halloween too! Oh, and just in case you think I only get beautiful little smiling faces, scroll all the way to the last picture, I included that so that everyone can see, even a photographer mom knows when to call it quits.
